UNICEF, India organised a ‘Human-Centred Design Workshop’ in New Delhi from 7-10th February, 2023 wherein VHAI participated along with UNICEF state teams and other CSO partners.
The objective of this workshop was to build capacity with innovative approaches including Human Centred Design and Behavioural Insights while focusing on routine immunization in Uttar Pradesh.
Methods were developed to gather deep human insights and develop new interventions that change social norms and behaviours.
