The planning commission of India, succeeded by NITI Aayog, gave the stupendous task to review the Eleventh Five- Year Plan through the eyes of the public to VHAI and National Alliance for Women (NAWO).
VHAI with support from the UNFPA, UNIFEM and UNICEF conducted the study ‘Voices from the Field’ to hear from the people on the ground on the schemes and programmes of the Ministries of Health, Women and Children, Handlooms & Handicrafts and Minority Affairs and their recommendations on how to improve their effectiveness.
