Dr. Pramesh Chandra Bhatnagar is the Executive Director, VHAI, New Delhi. He is a medical doctor with specialization in Community Medicine/Public health. He has more than 25 years of experience of working on various health and development issues. Presently Dr. Bhatnagar is responsible for coordinating VHAI’s work in the field of Communicable diseases including Malaria, Tuberculosis & HIV/AIDS and gives technical assistance to the SRHR programme at Odisha.

Noshina Rizvi is the Senior Manager – Finance. She is MBA in Finance and has been associated with VHAI for the past 19 years. Being the In-charge of Finance Department of VHAI, she is responsible for overall financial management, audit and statutory compliance.

Sushil Vasan works as Senior Programme Officer looks after administrative aspects of both Chairman as well as Chief Executive’s Office. He is associated with VHAI for more than 20 years. He has done in Graduation in commerce and a Certificate course in Human Resource Development

Binoy Mathew is working as Senior Programme Officer Communications with VHAI and is looking after the media & communications in the tobacco control campaign programme in India since 2009. He has now more than 8 years of experience in media management, public relations, media liaisoning, communications and event management.

She has specialization in Public Health from Chandigarh and did her bachelors in dentistry from Shimla University.

She has a previous of working in Uttar Pradesh technical support unit under Nutrition Project and has pursued her graduation in dentistry and post-graduation in public health.
