The second document of the learning and knowledge harvesting (LKH) series, LKH 2: Working with and engaging Communities to end Child Marriage is a document through which the More Than Brides Alliance, India desires to share some valuable learnings of the implementation of the five-year long Marriage: No Child’s Play programme. The document sheds light on the principles and strategies that the programme introduced to engage and motivate community stakeholders to realize the importance of girls’ education and empowerment. It makes some robust recommendations for engaging key stakeholders for future Child Marriage programmes in the country.
