Ms Bhavna B Mukhopadhyay, Chief Executive, VHAI had an excellent meeting with the Honourable Union Health Minister Shri Mansukh Mandaviya ji on Friday, the 26th November. He was very happy to learn about the activities and programmes of the VHAI network and presence of our State VHAs and member institutions working across the country.
On behalf of the VHAI network, Ms. Mukhopadhyay congratulated him and the Government on the remarkable achievement of reaching the monumental milestone of administering over 1 billion vaccine doses. She also took this opportunity to discuss some of the recent issues and challenges of the health sector.
During the meeting, a copy of VHAI’s seminal reports “Roadmap to India’s Health” and “COVID-19 Global & National Response-Lessons for the Future ” was formally received by the Health Minister.
