Bhavna Mukhopadhyay, Chief Executive, VHAI was invited as a speaker for the Global Community Health Annual Workshop organized by the UNESCO Chair Global Health & Education, EHESP School of Public Health and the International Union for Health Promotion and Education (IUHPE).
The theme for this year was ‘How to build resilient communities for times of crises‘. Ms. Mukhopadhyay presented on ‘Building Community Resilience on COVID-19 Prevention and Control: Some Best Practices from India wherein she highlighted VHAI’s work with IUHPE on COVID-19 prevention and management through a community based sustainable approach in rural India.
