Around 40 State trainers from 8 states: Chandigarh, Puducherry, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Lakshadweep and AN Islands have been trained online on the ‘Eat Right’ Toolkit collectively by NHSRC, FSSAI and VHAI under the aegis of MoHFW, Government of India.
Subsequently, the state trainers will train district level teams, who will further capacitate the staff of Health & Wellness Centers (HWCs) for wider dissemination of information on Eat Healthy, Safe and Sustainable Food among the local communities.
